Expanding call center hours at ASA Electronics will provide more customer support time as the department’s busiest season approaches.
The Elkhart, Indiana-based supplier will make its customer support team available from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday.
“By staying open a little later, we will be able to assist so many more customers each day,” Customer Service Supervisor Josie Caban said. “Summer is peak camping and boating season, so our call and email volume go up this time of year.”
The new hours also allow ASA’s support to be available in other time zones. Those interested can call the department’s direct line at 877-845-8750.
ASA Electronics was established in 1977 and makes mobile electronic products for the marine, RV, powersports, agricultural, commercial vehicle and bus industries.
