The RV Rental Association (RVRA) will host an educational session at the RVDA Convention/Expo Nov. 11-15 at Paris Las Vegas.
The association’s session, titled “RVRA Meeting: Best Practices, Rental Year in Review, Legal and Insurance Updates,” will commence at 11:30 a.m. Nov. 14. The session is part of the dealer/GM education track.
RVRA Chairman Scott Krenek of Krenek RV and Leslie Pujo of Plave Koch law firm will host the session. MBA Insurance President Carlos Avila also will provide updates on issues related to insurance.
Krenek will review the 2024 rental season and provide RV rental company best practices. Krenek has owned and operated Krenek RV for more than 35 years. He started a 20 Group focused on supporting dealers to enhance their rental operations.
Pujo will brief attendees on recent court cases and pending legislation affecting rental company operators. Pujo has experience in mobility services and vehicle law use. She counsels on vehicle/mobility regulatory compliance for the full range of mobility models and platforms, including traditional car rental, RV rental, dealer loaner, car-sharing, subscription and multi-platform.
