On August 14, Bish’s RV named Jayco Regional Sales Manager Mark Lawson as Sales Rep of the Year.
Lawson and a guest will accompany Bish’s RV during the company’s annual employee incentive trip in December to thank him. The 2020 destination is Mauna Lani Luxury Resort in Hawaii. Because of Lawson’s work ethic and dedication, Troy Jenkins, president of Bish’s RV, described Bish’s relationship with Jayco, as “strong as it ever has been.”
“Mark Lawson embodies what a true dealer/manufacturer partnership should be,” Jenkins said. “He’s dedicated to helping our dealership succeed and to giving our employees the proper training needed to sell the products. We work with many RV brands and reps in multiple states, and Mark sets the bar by which we measure. Thank you, Mark, for your work and dedication to Bish’s RV.”
The award came as a surprise to Lawson, who was under the impression he was in Idaho to do trainings at the dealership. When accepting the award, Lawson said, “I really believe in what you do, and it means a lot to me.”
Brad Whitehead, general manager of Jayco’s towable division, made a special trip to be present when Lawson received the award.
“Lawson goes above and beyond for each of his clients,” Whitehead said. He exemplifies the values that go into making the Jayco difference.” Whitehead also credited Lawson’s efforts for building such a strong relationship between the manufacturer and the dealership.
Bish’s RV is a family-owned RV dealership with locations in Idaho, Montana, Nebraska and Wyoming.
