Blue Compass RV will begin February by naming two new regional presidents and an inventory management director.
Joe Lazzarino was promoted to South-central Region president. He will oversee 18 stores across Texas and Oklahoma. Blue Compass RV said Lazzarino consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership during his seven years with the company.
TJ Paulin was promoted to Southeast Region president. He will lead the company’s 30 stores in Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Virginia and Eastern Tennessee.

Dominic Caputo was promoted to director of inventory management. He will lead the management team, oversee all new RV inventory and work with OEM partners.
Caputo will report to SVP-Corporate Development, Raul Rodriguez, who is responsible for Blue Compass RV growth initiatives.
Blue Compass RV said the three promotions cement the company’s commitment to develop talent from within.

Blue Compass RV President Jon Ferrando said, “I am excited for Joe, TJ, Raul and Dominic to take on larger leadership roles. These promotions reflect the deep bench strength of our organization and position us for continued growth and success.”
South Region President Anthony Sahli has resigned and will be leaving the company January 31st. Sahli began his RV career in 2012 at RV One. He was named Blue Compass’ Southeast Region president in April 2023.
“I want to thank Anthony Sahli for his contributions to the company,” Ferrando said, “including his leadership of our Florida market and, most recently, our South Region.”
