Blue Compass RV named Chris Fuller the company’s vice president of used RV operations.
Fuller previously spent 16 years at Camping World, becoming the company’s senior vice president of operations before leaving in late 2022.
“We are excited to add Chris to the Blue Compass leadership team with an initial primary focus on strategically driving our used RV operations, an important part of our business,” company President and CEO Jon Ferrando said. “Chris will coordinate our efforts around our used RV business to implement best-in-class operational practices to drive used sales growth and a superior customer experience.”
Announcing the move on LinkedIn, Fuller said he was excited to join the team.
“BCRV is painting a picture of excellence, personal responsibility and accountability to the RV enthusiast and to their team members,” Fuller said. “It is going to be fun meeting all the people who find their way into our stores across the country and build meaningful relationships with them.”
Fuller will report to Don Strollo, the company’s senior vice president of sales and dealership operations.
“I look forward to working with Chris to drive operational excellence in our used RV operations,” Strollo said. “A key focus will be to implement best practices across our used RV sales operations. Importantly, this will include driving higher used RV procurement including trades, which will complement and help drive our new RV sales which is a major strategic priority for Blue Compass in 2023.”
