Blue Dog RV announced Dec. 11 its newest site opening in Bakersfield, California.
The Post Falls, Idaho-based RV dealer operates 15 sales and service locations in the Northwest. The Bakersfield facilities will make bring the total to 17, the company stated.
“The Blue Dog RV executive team has worked diligently to meet our January 2021 goal of being ‘operational’ at our Bakersfield location, and it looks like the hard work has paid off,” co-Owner John Asplund stated. “We have acquired top-notch facilities in both sales and service, which we feel will be a perfect platform to sell and service our core brands.”
Operations are expected to begin in early January, Asplund stated. Additional 2021 growth plans are also in store.
“Our goal from the onset has been to look at all markets that we feel would be a good fit for our business model, but grow at a very responsible rate,” Chief Operating Officer Marc Hauser stated. “There are several markets that are on our ‘radar’ and we are currently targeting, our team believes that the industry is poised to have a phenomenal run for the foreseeable future and we want to be in a position capture our fair share of that business.”
