BMPRO, a battery management and smart RV technology manufacturer, named Brad Hooper as the organization’s marketing manager.
Hooper was worked in marketing global manufacturing businesses for more than 15 years to both domestic and international stakeholders. During a decade of that time, Hooper was the marketing manager of RV chassis and component manufacturer for AL-KO Vehicle Technology in Australia and New Zealand.
BMPRO CEO Louise Bayliss said her brand, although less than 10 years old, has grown considerably in Australia and the U.S.
“We feel it is the right time to explore where it can take us in the next 10 years with a fresh and dynamic team,” Bayliss said. “Brad’s credentials make him a great fit for the brand and strategic direction of our brand.”
Hooper was an early member of the Caravan Industry Association of Australia’s Future Leaders Committee and nominated as a finalist for the Caravan Industry Association Australia Future Leaders Award in 2018 and 2019.
Hooper said he aims to make the BMPRO a global leader in power electronics and RV systems.
“I am excited about the level of innovation happening within the Australian designed and made BMPRO product range, and the potential for smart technology to help facilitate new and exciting experiences for off-grid travelers,” Hooper said. “I have watched the growth of BMPRO in Australia and the success the brand is having in global markets including the U.S. I am highly interested in being part of this growth phase to help drive the business forward.”
