The Goshen, Indiana, Board of Works approved an agreement Tuesday for Brinkley RV’s plant construction.
Brinkley RV officials said the manufacturer “substantially completed” building at its new location at 1655 Brinkley Way East in the city. The manufacturer petitioned the city to occupy the facility as it completed building.
Brinkley RV had been renting space to begin manufacturing its Model Z fifth wheels and Model G toy haulers.
The company shut down production at the rental space last week, officials said, in preparation for moving to the new building.
