Brown & Brown Dealer Services acquired substantially all assets of Rainmaker Advisory, LLC, according to Ryan Hanlon, owner of the advisory firm.
Hanlon has years of experience as an advisor regarding F&I product and reinsurance planning for auto and RV dealers. The Rainmaker operations join Brown & Brown Dealer Services under the leadership of Mike Neal.
Hanlon and the Rainmaker team will continue operating from Ventura, California.
Neal said Brown & Brown is excited about the Rainmaker team’s capabilities.
