Brown & Brown Dealer Services (BBDS) announced it acquired substantially all MAJ Companies’ assets.
MAJ provides F&I product and sales training, aftermarket programs, contract analysis and F&I performance management. MAJ owner Sid Vance will lead the company’s team as part of BBDS, which operates under Executive VP Mike Neal’s leadership.
“Sid and the MAJ team have been working together for over 30 years,” Neal stated. “That experience will enhance the continued growth of BBDS in Ohio and the Midwest. BBDS and MAJ will continue to work with Mike Jardina, the founder of MAJ, who is a recognized industry leader in F&I reinsurance strategies for dealer partners. We are excited to have Sid and his team join BBDS.”
Vance stated joining BBDS will give the MAJ team an opportunity to provide dealer customers quality programs and access to more risk solutions than in the past.
