Brown & Brown acquired substantially all of the assets of AGIS Network, Inc.
AGIS Network is a leading employee benefits enrollment firm with a focus on long-term care benefits options for large employer groups, governmental agencies and individual consumers across the nation.
AGIS developed technology solutions to enable individuals to review financial options for long-term care products and complete the enrollment process. AGIS will continue to collaborate with brokers across the country and operate under founder and AGIS President Kevin Sypniewski’s leadership from offices in San Ramon, California.
