Family-operated Campers Inn RV acquired a second US Adventure RV location based in Davenport, Iowa.

Campers Inn is a privately-owned dealership with 27 locations across the East Coast, Midwest and mid-Atlantic regions. The company purchased US Adventure RV’s site in Naperville, Illinois, earlier this year.

“We are thrilled to bring the remaining US Adventure RV store into the Campers Inn family,” Campers Inn RV President and CEO Jeff Hirsch said. “As with the addition of the Naperville location, we are excited to be able to expand our dealership locations in the Midwest.”

Advisory firm Haig Partners was the sell-side advisor to US Adventure RV for both locations’ transactions.

“I have enjoyed working with John and Paul Dresselhaus on the sale of their second location in the Quad Cities, Iowa, to Campers Inn,” Haig partner Kevin Nill said. “I am grateful for their continued trust in me and the team at Haig Partners to help them achieve their strategic goals of aligning their business with Campers Inn, who has similar philosophies and beliefs.”

In a previous announcement, US Adventure RV President John Dresselhaus said, “Having started and built our respective businesses, US Adventure RV and Campers Inn RV are both built around similar philosophies of always maintaining the utmost in integrity standards. Together we have an exciting and very bright future.”

John and Paul Dresselhaus, US Adventure RV owners, will assist Campers Inn RV with both locations’ management and growth.
