Campers Inn RV added three executive leadership positions.
Matthew Jeppsen was named chief financial officer; Joel Cline was named regional vice president of the Georgia/Alabama region and Aaron Hirsch was named operations director for the New England area.
Campers Inn RV owns 28 dealerships in 14 states.
“These key leadership positions will strengthen our ability to scale our holdings tremendously over the next year,” said Jeff Hirsch, president and CEO, Campers Inn RV. ‘We are also pleased to be able to offer opportunities for our employees to grow as we continue to expand. We are well-positioned to add more locations to the Campers Inn RV family across the country.”
Previously, Jeppsen served as vice president of finance and planning and has been with the company since May 2019. In this new position, the dealership said he will guide the company’s financial health and financial planning for the company’s dealership expansion strategy. Jeppsen will continue to oversee the corporate accounting, business intelligence, inventory management and human resources/administrative departments.
Cline was the market director for Campers Inn RV’s Georgia/Alabama stores, overseeing the operations and financial management of five area locations. In his new role, he will join in top-level strategy decisions among executive leadership and play a larger role in his market’s expansion strategy.
Cline joined Campers Inn RV in December 2017 when the company purchased Happy Campers RV, where he was a managing partner.
Hirsch most recently held the position of assistant service director. He previously oversaw the Merrimack and Raynham service departments’ day-to-day operations and assisted in onboarding new acquisitions.
Now, Hirsch will oversee New England stores’ fixed operations while helping lead the region’s employee and customer engagement strategy.
