Education, experiential opportunities and exclusive discounts are coming to members of the National Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds (ARVC) through a new partnership with reservation management system RMS.

The cloud-based system will join ARVC’s Integrated Partnership Program, targeting members seeking software to use at campgrounds, RV parks and glamping businesses.

“RMS has taken an active role in working with ARVC and our members to create opportunities to help our members grow their businesses. This partnership will be a great next step that will be beneficial to all,” ARVC President and CEO Paul Bambei said. “We look forward to working with RMS to research, produce and share vital information with our members to help them better understand the behaviors, interests and demographics of how and why campers plan their stays.”

As part of the partnership’s education portion, RMS served as the official sponsor of the association’s Prospective Owners Workshop in May. The company is expected the sponsor the 2022 National School of RV Park and Campground Management.

ARVC stated the partnership will collaborate on a study to examine multi-generational traveler camping habits. A panel discussion on the topic is slated for the 2021 Outdoor Hospitality Conference and Expo (OHCE), scheduled for Nov. 8-11 in Raleigh, North Carolina.

“These educational opportunities will provide the ARVC community with valuable insights into reservation management-related topics, and best practices to bring the most ROI to a campground, RV park/resort or glamping business,” the association stated.

RMS will join the association’s Member Benefit Provider program, offering a 20% discount on the first year of software within all ARVC locations.

“We are thrilled to be an official partner of ARVC, allowing us to educate park owners and operators on how to run their businesses efficiently and profitably,” RMS Chief Revenue Officer Fred Dominioni said.

RMS stated its product helps businesses simplify day-to-day operations through its all-in-one reservation management solution, which eliminates a need to access multiple systems for managing property or properties.

The software company recently launched a new product, RMS Web, which provides a development service to parks and campgrounds seeking brand growth and online presence with a professionally designed, hosted and managed website.

“At RMS, we truly believe in the concept of software as a service,” Dominioni said. “Our goal is to make customers’ lives easier and to help their businesses succeed.”
