Camping World Holdings, Inc. has closed on the acquisition of All Seasons RV in Yuba City, California.
Camping World announced plans to acquire the dealership in April.
Camping World Chairman and CEO Marcus Lemonis said, “As we continue our rapid pace of growth, the opening of this dealership marks our 198th RV dealership and further solidifies our position as the number one RV retailer in California, one of America’s largest RV markets.”
The SuperCenter is located at 3300 Colusa Highway in Yuba City and offers a wide range of new and used RVs from top manufacturers.
