Camping World Holdings has expanded its California footprint to 18 locations after acquiring family-owned RV Solutions in San Diego, California.
The acquisition includes two RV dealerships, RV Solutions and Airstream of San Diego, and a parts and service center in nearby El Cajon.
Camping World Chairman and CEO Marcus Lemonis said the RV Solutions Group has proudly served the San Diego area with multiple towable and motorized RV brands.
“We look forward to carrying on the tradition of their exceptional selection and service and growing the local RV and outdoor community in southern California,” Lemonis said.
The current RV Solutions dealership, which will soon operate as a Camping World RV SuperCenter, features 10 RV service bays. The Airstream of San Diego dealership includes five service bays and the parts and service center located minutes away has eight additional service bays.
Camping World said the SuperCenters will offer new and used RVs, RV and outdoor products, accessories and the entire Good Sam service portfolio.
The acquisition will be finalized in early 2023.
