Camping World Holdings signed an agreement to acquire Nielson RV’s two dealership locations in St. George and Hurricane, Utah. Dealers expect to close the acquisition this spring.
The two Nielson dealerships will join Camping World’s 170 other SuperCenters nationwide in providing RV sales and services, parts, accessories and outdoor lifestyle products.
“The state of Utah has many great RV and outdoor venues,” said Marcus Lemonis, CEO and Chairman of Camping World Holdings. “This acquisition allows us to the expand our footprint in the western portion of the U.S. and continue to gain market share.”
