Camping World will acquire its sixth retail store since March 14 after agreeing to terms with All Seasons RV of Yuba City, California.
Camping World said the acquisition is expected to close in the third quarter. With the Yuba City store, Camping World will have 21 retail locations in California.
“All Seasons RV has been proudly serving the Northern California market for over 30 years,” company Chairman and CEO Marcus Lemonis said, “and this acquisition further solidifies our position as the No. 1 RV retailer by new unit volume in California, one of America’s largest RV markets.”
Since March 14, Camping World revealed acquisitions of Pan Pacific RV Center in California (March 14), Carbon Emery RV in Utah (March 27), Breeden RV Center in Arkansas (April 6) and Travel Land RV Center in Michigan (April 11).
The new SuperCenter will offer numerous new and used RVs, RV and outdoor products and accessories and the Good Sam product and service portfolio.
