Camping World Holdings, Inc. reached an agreement to acquire Carbon Emery RV, a Helper, Utah-based dealership group.
The acquisition includes two dealerships located along historic U.S. Route 6 between Provo, Utah, and Interstate 70.
“Carbon Emery RV expands our presence into the important national park corridor of central Utah,” Camping World Chairman and CEO Marcus Lemonis said, “and post-acquisition we expect to solidify our position as the No. 1 RV retailer by unit volume in Utah.”
The deal is expected to close in the second quarter of 2023. With the acquisitions, Camping World will operate six Utah locations, including two stores in St. George and one each in Draper and Kaysville.
Carbon Emery North Lot is at 5129 N. Hwy 6 in Helper. Carbon Emery South Lot is at 4590 N. Hwy 6 in Helper.
