RVDA of Canada hosted the 2024 Trouble Shooter Clinic March 19-22. The event was held in Montreal, Quebec and had 97 participants.
The clinic focused on enhancing service skills and providing leadership and coaching instruction. Supplier product instruction was included. A two-day parts workshop was held in conjunction with the clinic.
The event held bilingual training to accommodate all participants. Translation and interpretation teams supplied French instruction.
RVDA of Canada Director of Marketing and Communications Anita Lien said, “With the generous support of the Canadian Recreational Vehicle Association (CRVA) and the Recreation Vehicle Dealer Association of Quebec (ACVRQ) we crafted a dynamic learning environment, empowering participants to excel.”
The 2025 Trouble Shooter Clinic will commence in Calgary, Alberta.
