Canadian RV dealerships’ repair event cycle times (RECT) decreased in April.
Integrated Dealer Systems’ (IDS) April RV dealership report listed Canadian dealers’ average RECT at 42 days. According to RVDA of Canada, the average is eight days less compared with March.
The statistic is Canadian RV dealers’ lowest April average since 2021. The time was three days longer compared with the average RECT in April 2018.
The average cycle time for work orders with at least one out-of-stock part was 99 days. According to RVDA of Canada, the average is the lowest April average since 2018. The number decreased by 1 day compared with the March average for the same category.
Work order cycle time with warranty coverage averaged 64 days of RECT in April. The average was one day less compared with March. RVDA of Canada said this April’s average was the lowest since April 2021.
