The Michigan Association of Recreation Vehicles and Campgrounds (MARVAC) is providing free RV technical training classes Dec. 10-12, at the association’s office in Okemos, Mich.
Ed McNamara, a 42-year veteran of the RV industry, and expert on the ongoing RV technician crisis will be awarded the first doctoral certificate from Sobel University on Monday, Dec. 9. McNamara will then deliver his thesis on solving the technician shortage.
RVIA will increase its RVIA seal cost in 2020, raising the per-unit fee from $16 to $27. The RVIA board of directors approved the seal cost increase, its first in a decade. RVIA dues will not increase in 2020.
Dometic America, which recently established RV awards for its top OEM and top distributor of the year, has expanded its awards to their top five dealers.
