Due to concerns about the spread of the coronavirus, the All In CARAVANING 2020 China International RV Exhibition, originally scheduled to be held at Beijing Yichuang International Convention and Exhibition Center on June 12-14, has been postponed.

The event will continue during the rescheduled dates of September 25-27, 2020 at its original venue, the Beijing Yichuang International Convention and Exhibition Center.

Event organizers explained the reasoning behind the postponement with the following statement:

“Recently, with the gradual stabilization of the epidemic situation and the prevention and control situation improving, the exhibition industry has also received good news from all parties. In particular, on May 8, the Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of the State Council issued the ‘Guiding Opinions on Doing a Good Job in the Normalization of New Coronary Pneumonia Epidemic Prevention and Control,’ which clearly states that under the premise of implementing prevention and control measures, various necessary meetings can be held , exhibition activities .”

The organizer of the AIC car show, Dusseldorf Exhibition (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., has paid attention to the epidemic situation and national policy changes. After consultation with partners and coordination with the exhibition hall, and after full communication with relevant authorities, organizers announced the new exhibition dates of the AIC 2020 RV Exhibition.

In order to present a professional exhibition with more commercial value and higher specifications to exhibitors and visitors, the organizers will actively adjust their strategy, reintegrate resources of all parties, further expand publicity channels, and take a “multi-pronged approach” to the exhibit.
