Sudbury Boat Care Products purchased the majority share of Albin Group Marine and wholly acquired Questus Marine.
Sudbury supplies marine and RV cleaning, maintenance and restoration products.
The new acquisition will expand the marine portion of the company, according to Sudbury President John Thompson.
“We are excited by this expansion of the marine side of our business,” Thompson said. “Albin and Questus are both highly regarded within the industry and have strong leadership in place.”
Albin Group Marine is the U.S. operation of Albin Group, a Swedish manufacturer. The marine group offers marine pumps, heating and sanitation solutions for OEM and aftermarket dealers.
Questus Marine supplies self-leveling radar mounts that negate port/starboard target loss when heeled or in heavy seas.
