Coach-Net Invites Industry Partners To Headquarters

Every year, Coach-Net honors its employees with an employee appreciation week. This year, the company invited Jayco/Entegra, Lippert, Airstream and Winnebago to the celebration. Guests were invited to discuss Coach-Net culture and partnership updates as well as tour the CoachNet headquarters in Grapevine, Texas.

“Transparency, open communication and accountability are very important to us. What is more, transparent than inviting our partners to our home?” Coach-Net Client Relationship Executive Laura Mastronardi said. “We were extremely honored that Jayco/Entegra, Lippert Airstream and Winnebago could be a part of our employee appreciation week.”

Guests began the event touring Coach-Net’s headquarters. Coach-Net said it decorated the headquarters with pictures of Jayco, Airstream and Winnebago RVs. The company included photo canvases of Coach-Net employees enjoying RVs to remind employees and guests of the company’s mission: To provide a carefree RVing experience so that members can focus on making memories.

Guests experienced live RV technician training from Lippert Components. On-site Lippert technicians provided hands-on instruction and guidance to Coach-Net’s in-house RV technicians.

“I always knew what Coach-Net was for, but I never realized to what depths they go to promote the lifestyle for their employees, in order to completely understand our customers’ needs,” Jayco/Entegra Director of Customer Experience Joyce Skinner said. “Walking into their offices, it was very welcoming, and I could certainly tell what business they were in.”

In addition to the live training sessions, guests could see and touch a custom tech table built by Coach-Net RV technicians. The table included RV components normally hidden from view on an RV including a water heater, anode rods, plumbing, tanks and tank sensors.

The company uses the table to train Coach-Net technicians to help members in real-world situations. The table electrical wiring and plumbing functions like wiring and plumbing would in a real RV.

“I always look forward to my weeks down in Texas with the Coach-Net team,” Lippert Technical Instructor Chet Dillenbeck said. “You can tell how much their company cares for their employees and is committed to training them to prepare them for their careers and to better serve their customers. Their employees are knowledgeable, eager to learn and ask well-thought-out questions. Lippert is thankful for the continuing partnership with this team, and we look forward to what we will do in the years to come.”

Coach-Net has provided RV technical and roadside assistance to members for 35 years. The company has a network of more than 40,000 roadside assistance providers and 15,000 in-network RV repair and service locations in the U.S. and Canada.
