Communication Workshop Slated for RVDA Expo

A workshop that explores listening, asking pertinent questions and nonverbal cues that establish RV dealers’ relationships with clients is set for 2 p.m. Nov. 13 at the RVDA Convention/Expo.

Mark Goldsmith, a national trainer with iA Dealer Services, will conduct the session titled “The Power of Effective Communication,” as part of the business innovation education track. The end goal is to empower dealers to boost consumer satisfaction, brand loyalty and sales.

The seminar’s learning objectives include:

  • How to effectively communicate with consumers through multiple mediums to drive results.
  • Steps and approaches to understanding consumers’ behaviors.
  • Why some consumers are easier to communicate with than others.
