Sobel University began as a national sales training and consulting firm that was established  by Randy Sobelin 1991. With Sobel’s background in industrial psychology and productivity advanced from a salesperson in a small single-point dealership to general manager of a nine-point metro dealership. Sobel attributes his success to quality people developed through constant training and support. Sobel University is still led by Randy Sobel but has been joined by his son, Jered Sobel.

Jered Sobel received the inaugural 40 Under 40 award from RVIA for achievement in the RV industry. More than 500 viewers, consisting of RV dealers and employees, regularly log into his monthly training webinar. Jered Sobel works one-on-one with RV sales professionals, trains entire sales teams, educating dealerships, as well as leading RV convention and association seminars. Jered also teaches several five-day boot-camp sales training courses each year addressing groups of 40 to 120 top-producing salespeople. He is best known for designing the industry standard on-boarding sales training manual. Jered is consistent columnists for RV News magazine.

During the last 30 years, Sobel University built a reputation for teaching sales fundamentals enhanced by the advanced, cutting-edge sales philosophies. Sobel University has offered training to more than 500 dealerships and 65,000 salespeople throughout the United States and Canada.
