A new concept Keystone Montana will be privately unveiled at the RV/MH Hall of Fame on Dec. 5 at 5 p.m. Public display will take place at the Hall on Dec. 6-7.
This latest project is the culmination of a partnership between Keystone RV and Cortni Armstrong, creator of The Flipping Nomad blog and full-time RVer. Four years ago, Armstrong went in search of a new fifth wheel, but could not find a unit with the interior she had envisioned. The solution was to buy and renovate an RV to create the home she wanted. Out of that fail, came the creation of a business. She now designs and builds custom interiors for other RVers.
To honor creative types who have given up their corporate jobs for a life of RVing, Keystone RV Co. partnered with Armstrong to design and build the “Ultimate Montana.”
A number of Keystone RV partners helped outfit the unit with all kinds of technological gadgetry and amenities including a 2020 GMC Sierra 3500 HD Denali with ASA Smart Trailer integration, a custom outdoor kitchen with pizza oven and bar from Dometic, an exterior sound system, ten 100-amp hour lithium ion Battleborn Batteries, three ultrasonic water vapor fireplaces and much more.
