V20 Recruiting & Consulting, a recruitment firm specializing in talent search for companies in the RV and other industries, hired Chris Hayes as a V20 Team executive recruiter.
Hayes will use his industry experience to match the best talent with V20 client’s operations, the company said.

Hayes started his career at a Yamaha dealership and moved to Yamaha Motor USA. He was a brand creator with Specialty Sports Limited. He served in leadership roles with Wolverine Worldwide, Harley Davidson Footwear and at Motorsports Aftermarket Group leading the accessories group sales and customer service teams.
More recently, he has been involved in several consulting roles for V20 Clients.
