Each year, owners who have spent $500,000 to $1 million on an American Coach motorhome have the opportunity to visit Decatur, Indiana, and receive a VIP Delivery Experience.
One couple, motorhome owners who have twice chosen the VIP experience, recently shared their experience through American Coach’s YouTube channel.
“When someone purchases an American Coach motorhome, they join an elite group of luxury RV owners who appreciate the finer amenities and experiences that come with an upscale brand,” said Doug Miller, product manager for Rev Recreation Group’s Type A products. “We make sure our VIP Delivery Experience is one-of-a-kind and gives our owners unparalleled personal attention over the course of two, three, or four days. We have had customers stay with us for slightly longer, but we can typically meet and exceed our new owners’ expectations in just a few days.”
Eddie and Alice Galuska are the long-time American Coach owners who shared their story on YouTube.
“When you come for VIP delivery, you are actually speaking with trained people who build and put the coaches together and no one can be more experienced than that,” said Eddie Galuska. “They enjoyed us being onsite because they got to put a face to the coach. It is not just an RV. Instead, it is Eddie and Alice’s. We felt connected to them, and they felt connected to us.”
As part of the American Coach VIP Delivery, owners are welcomed to the 480,000-square-foot American Coach manufacturing facility to personally receive their coach once it comes off the line. Then they are paired with a product specialist who walks them through their RV.
In addition to the concierge-level, top-to-bottom walkthrough, those who take advantage of the American Coach VIP Delivery receive American Coach jackets.
“By the end of the experience, our American Coach owners really get to know our craftspeople and they develop lasting relationships. We have had members of our American Coach team go above and beyond in certain situations where they have assisted customers after their VIP Experience while they were on the road,” Miller said. “It is something that’s unheard of in the RV industry, but it happens here at American Coach.”
VIP Delivery is a $10,000 add-on option exclusive to American Coach.
