Camping World is set to increase its Minnesota location count with the acquisition of Roth RV. The dealership has locations in Bemidji, Grand Rapids and Deerwood, Minnesota.
The deal is set to close in the second quarter of 2024 and will boost the company’s Minnesota locations to 11.
Camping World Chairman and CEO Marcus Lemonis said, “The acquisition of Roth RV further solidifies our presence in Minnesota, with three locations and the addition of leading brands from Forest River.”
Lemonis said the company plans to advance its dealership count to 320 locations over the next five years through a variety of acquisitions, new store openings and manufacturer-exclusive locations.
Camping World began the year by saying it planned to open 15 dealerships within the first three months of 2024. Since then, the largest U.S. dealer chain announced acquisitions of eight more dealerships. All these deals are scheduled to close in the second quarter of 2024.
