The Association of Dealer Compliance Officers (ADCO) will host a virtual certification seminar July 12-14.
The seminar will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Central time each day. Registration is available by clicking here.
The seminar will discuss how to establish an effective compliance management system, templates for implementing Safeguards Rule programs and federal regulations affecting all aspects of the dealership.
The seminar is $950, with a discount for ADCO members. A Dealership Compliance Officer Professional Certification Exam is available at the seminar’s end.

- An OSHA parts and service module with an EHS certificate
- Strategies for using compliance to minimize chargebacks and employee turnover
- A new training module discussing what compliance officers and IT professionals need to know to implement the newly revised Safeguards Rule.
