The RVDA Expo/Convention is scheduled for Nov. 6-10, 2023, at Paris Las Vegas.
In anticipation of the event, RV dealers offered their views on the benefits of attending the show each year.
Chris Andro, the RVDA convention committee chairman, said he will be attending his 24th RVDA conference in November.
“In good markets and in bad markets,” he said, “getting education, getting training, doing networking regardless of what the hot topics are, there is always something you come away with that you can bring home to your dealership and make small changes that end up making huge differences down the road.”
Ryan Horsey, who was chairman of the 2022 RVDA convention committee, said dealers receive a good return on investment for their time and money. Attendees return with valuable information, he said, and share the lessons with all team members.
“Because of the convention committee’s resources and the pool of information we gather,” he said, “we are able to take those different lessons we receive from those workshops or keynote speakers and apply it to how it is going to serve our customers.”
RVDA Chairman Nathan Hart said he enjoys networking and interacting with other dealers from around North America.
“Over the years, most of our business associates that we continue to do business with were met at the convention,” Hart said, “not to mention some of my lifelong friends, because those relationships were created by being at the convention.”
