RVDA made a change to its annual Convention/Expo programming schedule this year to provide more networking opportunities that dealers asked the association to provide.
Another well-attended event Wednesday night brought dealers and vendors together to share stories and laughs.
A group of Reynolds and Reynolds Co. vendors hosted the RVDA Happy Hour at Alto Lounge in Caesars Palace. Motility Software, which was acquired by Reynolds and Reynolds in July, hosted alongside sister companies AppOne, KeyTrak and AutoDataDirect.
“To our most valued customers and our future customers, I want to extend my profound gratitude for your presence at our event last night,” said Brad Rogers, Motility Software CEO. “We hope you enjoyed the celebration with our partners at AppOne, AutoDataDirect and KeyTrak. We packed the house and it was our way of giving back to the RV industry while extending a thank you to our customers.”
Attendees crowded the lounge, nearly filling the bar’s capacity and snatching up nearly every available seat. Organizers and attendees said the evening’s soiree, scheduled to last from 7 to 9 p.m. but lingering more than a half-hour longer, was a successful event.
Rogers said Motility Software had a busy year. Motility is a Silver sponsor of the RVDA Convention/Expo and is offering popcorn to attendees stopping by the company’s booth to see a software demo.
“We pushed the envelope this year,” he said, “and I believe we accomplished our goals — a much bigger presence in the Expo, numerous sessions, the event last night and our RECT awards during the Spotlight on Excellence luncheon.”
