Camping World designated Thomas Kirn, the company’s chief accounting officer, as its new principal accounting officer.
Kirn replaced Karin Bell, the company’s chief financial officer, in the position. Bell will remain the principal financial officer and signed a three-year extension to work with Camping World through July 31, 2026.
Kern, 36, was the chief financial officer of FreedomRoads, an indirect subsidiary of Camping World, since 2019. Kirn previously worked with Ernst & Young from 2009-2019.
Kirn also signed a three-year extension, through July 31, 2026, with a base salary of $350,000 annually and performance-based cash bonuses of up to $175,000 available.
Bell was the first employee hired by Chairman and CEO Marcus Lemonis when he started the RV dealership in 2003.
