Dealership Performance 360 CRM Enhances Offerings

Dealership Performance 360 CRM increased its capabilities for its dealer consumers. The customer relationships management (CRM) system partnered with Car Wars, a call tracking and phone management solutions company, to enhance its DP360 CRM.

Dealership 360 Vice President of Sales Phong Tran said, that by collaborating with Car Wars, “we enable dealerships to elevate customer service and sales performance.”

Through a Chrome extension, Car Wars will integrate call data into Dealership Performance 360 customer records. The integration will track, record and send information to the DP360 CRM. Sales employees can initiate outbound calls directly from the Dealership Performance 360 customer record.

The only calls shared are those with a customer phone number tied to a Dealership Performance 360 account.

The data will provide information on call conversations to ensure proper follow-up and opportunity identification.

The feature is now available for DP360 CRM and Car Wars customers.
