East Coast Campers and More stated it will see significant growth this year, citing an inventory expansion that will house an estimated 100 models at the Frankford, Delaware-based RV dealership.
The company’s expanded product selection is expected within this year’s early months, and will include two 2021 Keystone RV model series rolling out this month: the Hideout travel trailer and Retreat destination trailer.
“We are thankful to have done so well this last year,” said the company’s owner, Michael Moutzalias. “We were initially worried that we would not be able to afford this expansion, but today, adding more models seems like a no-brainer.
“We were always planning to expand to 100-plus models,” Moutzalias added. “We just did not realize it would be possible to do it during a crazy time like this.”
East Coast Campers and More stated its family-owned dealership experienced a significant sales spike during the pandemic.
“This may be due to the dual convenience afforded by the camper design,” the company stated. “A comfortable environment during travel is also a comfortable environment during quarantine.”
In addition to numerous Keystone RV floorplans added to its products, the dealership plans to sell Crossroads RV Zinger travel trailers’ new fifth wheel, deemed The Cameo.
“We are expecting delivery of these Keystone RV models around February,” Moutzalias said. “This is a great opportunity to get involved in the buildout to ensure that you get the exact features you want.” The Cameo is also set to arrive this month, he added.
The Delaware dealership noted it is not clear whether additional products will be introduced to its inventory.
“However, if 2020 as a whole has taught us anything,” the company stated, “it is that the only thing to expect with certainty is the uncertainty of what the future holds.”
