West Chester, Pennsylvania-based Derema Group promoted Scott Couturier to Southeast Region business manager. Couturier is filling the position vacated by Kurt Forsman, who was recently promoted to president of the company.
Couturier joined Derema in January 2018, after an extensive career in the region working in distribution and dealer sales.
“Scott’s customer relationships in the region played an important role in his success as a sales specialist for Derema,” Forsman said. “He has been recognized by vendors, customers and his colleagues as a leader and a knowledgeable product expert. We look forward to Scott continuing our development of new sales growth for our customers and vendors in the Southeast.”
Comprised of marine, outdoor and RV manufacturer’s representatives, Derema Group was formed in January 2000 through the merger of R.J. de Recat Co. and Eastern Marketing Associates. The company said it is the only marine and RV sales and marketing agency with omni-channel coverage throughout the U.S. and Canada.
