Dica is expanding its RoadWarrior RV Jack Pads product line. The supplier will release a 1-inch square RV Jack Pad designed for RV and commercial trucking markets.
The company said the square shape increases contact area and reduces pressure. The result is increased support and stability, and peace of mind. Their compact size allows for easy and convenient storage options in your camper or truck/trailer. The pads are designed for small to medium-sized RVs and trailers.
“Our RV Jack Pads were originally created because RV owners were looking for a first-class solution to support their RVs. They saw our outrigger pads for heavy equipment and asked if we made anything similar for RV and trailer use,” Dica said. “We launched our first jack pads in the 2000s and developed our RoadWarrior Jack Pad line in 2017, which included a thicker design, better price point, and a user-dedicated website with setup information.”
The company has planned to release the new jack pad for the past year, but the timeline was pushed forward as material costs increased, Dica said. The company recently moved to a new headquarters and manufacturing facility in Urbandale, Iowa, which more than doubled the company’s manufacturing capabilities and warehousing space. This move positioned the company to be able to bring new products to market, with the first being the new 1-inch jack pads for trailers, Dica said.
“Sinking or getting stuck in soft ground creates a multitude of problems for trailer owners,” Dica CEO Kris Koberg said. “Our new 12×12 and 15×15 1-inch-thick Jack Pads are an economical solution that provide excellent support for smaller to medium-sized trailers. These types of trailers include travel, fifth wheel, lightweight and toy hauler pull-behind trailers. Our industrial grade pads are virtually indestructible, and provide the needed support and stability for these units when parked.”
RoadWarrior Jack Pads engineers and makes its jack pads in the USA in Urbandale, Iowa. The pads are compatible with all jack types, including manual, electric and hydraulic jacks.
RoadWarrior Jack Pads are constructed from engineered thermoplastic materials.The pads are waterproof and chemical resistant. The pads feature TuffGrip Handles to ease carrying and storage.
