Dometic Group announced a new business portal available for B2B partners of the company who have established customer business accounts.
The Dometic for Business portal provides users comprehensive information and ordering capabilities for products, repair parts and accessories, along with marketing and sales resources, support contacts, training, account information and more.
B2B dealers and distributors partnered with Dometic can access parts diagrams and manuals for thousands of products, including appliances. Hundreds of repair, training, troubleshooting and product detail videos also are available, along with returns and warranty claim processing. Ordering, tracking and account information can be accessed anytime.
“The new Dometic for Business portal is mobile enabled to provide fully optimized access to the site when you are away from your computer, in the shop, working from home or out at a repair job,” the company stated. “Dometic brings the powerful D4B B2B e-commerce tool to the palm of your hand.”
