Dometic Parent Raises Funds in Public Debt Offering

Dometic’s parent company, Dometic Group, issued public debt Wednesday for the first time.

The company offered $229.3 million in bonds in the public market of its Swedish home country.

The funds issued will be used primarily to manage the company’s debt.

Dometic Chief Financial Officer Stefan Fristedt said, “We are pleased with the success of our first-ever public Swedish krona bond and the substantial investor interest in our home market. We have further broadened our sources of funding with the entry into this market.”
