As summer ramps up, so does the heat. June is the beginning of toasty rays of sunshine in many states nationwide.
Dometic unveiled an electric cooler that maintains chilly temperatures under the summer sun. The supplier detailed its CFX2 Electric Cooler options. The single-zone CFX2 is available in Ocean Blue and sizes including 28, 37, 45 and 57-liter capacities.
The CFX2 is an entry level to the powered cooler market. Dometic’s CFX3 line is available in single and dual-zone options in sizes from 25 liters to 99 liters.
The CFX2 manages temperatures ranging from minus-7 degrees Fahrenheit to 68 degrees. Consumers can manage the cooler’s temperature through their smartphone on the Dometic app. The cooler is compatible with 12- and 24-volt DC and 100- and 240-volt AC power.
The CFX2 functions on either Dometic batteries or solar panels. A battery protection system provides safeguards when plugged into a vehicle battery.
Foldable handles and a removable wire basket boost consumer convenience. An LED light illuminates the interior.
