Dragonfly Energy Holdings promoted three executives to join CFO John Marchetti on the company’s leadership team.
Nicole Harvey, Tyler Bourns and Wade Seaburg will bolster the company’s strategic initiatives, the company said.
“I am pleased to be able to elevate so many talented professionals to Dragonfly’s executive ranks,” Dragonfly Energy CEO Denis Phares said.
Dragonfly Energy’s management team rang the opening bell at Nasdaq in October.
Chief Legal Officer Nicole Harvey is responsible for the company’s corporate law and governance, intellectual property, government relations, risk management and corporate compliance functions.
Chief Revenue Officer Wade Seaburg’s duties include sales, business development, revenue growth and diversification efforts.
Tyler Bourns, a three-time Emmy award winner, is Dragonfly Energy’s new chief marketing officer.
“These appointments are another important milestone in Dragonfly’s continuing growth and development as a public company. The leadership and experience that each of these individuals brings to the company will help us continue to be a leader in the evolution to smart energy storage solutions that enable the widespread adoption of safe, affordable renewable energy,” Phares said.
Phares said Chief Operating Officer Sean Nichols has been critical to Dragonfly Energy’s growth and is leaving the company to pursue other interests.
