DUO Form, an RV parts supply company, now supports the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, which is based in New York City, as the organization is now raising money for families of frontline heroes.
DUO Form is one of Michigan’s largest and most-trusted thermoformers, and has been focusing resources on helping the fight against Coronavirus by using their extensive plastics knowledge to produce face shields and other personal protective gear. To further this fight, Duo has signed on as a proud sponsor to the inspiring group Tunnel to Towers, who are raising funds to help frontline essential personnel during this difficult time.
DUO has designed a special, limited-edition American Flag Face Shield, and is donating 2% of profits from online sales of this mask to this amazing foundation. The American Flag design is available for purchase online at the Duo website store and on Amazon. This limited edition, patriotic face shield joins four other new designer face shields in Duo’s new Designer Series that includes both pink and green camouflage, blue gingham, and a yellow floral design.

In response to COVID-19, Tunnel to Towers has established the COVID-19 Heroes Fund, pledging to support frontline health care workers by providing meals, personal protective equipment (PPE) and, should tragedy strike, financial relief through temporary mortgage payments on homes of health care workers who lose their lives and leave behind young children.
“We were excited to do something new and different from the standard PPE we had been seeing in the market, and at the same time,” Ditmer said. “We wondered how we could continue our efforts to give back and make an even bigger difference during this pandemic. We started to look for a foundation that would be a good fit and we learned about Tunnel to Towers, and it was a perfect match with our American Flag design.
