As announced to RV News last week, Ember Recreational Vehicles will bring its new 191MSL floorplan to the Overland Expo West show beginning Friday in Flagstaff, Arizona.
The manufacturer said it would also bring its Overland Micro Series ROK to the show, the first time Ember will display RVs at an Overland Expo.
“We are excited to not only introduce our new flexible 191MSL floorplan, but also to be a part of popular Overland Expo for the first time,” said Chris Barth, Ember founder, COO and lead product designer. “With thousands of expected attendees and over 400 other exhibitors, we are fired up to share our new RV company with the overland community. We think the 191MSL is the perfect floorplan for enthusiasts.”
Ember detailed 191MSL aspects last week. The new plan is based on the company’s award-winning 191 MDB floorplan with several distinct changes, most notably the addition of a flexible E-Track rail system.
Ember’s ROK is meant for smaller off-road tow vehicles, Barth said, and features an outside kitchen, front gear box, walkable fenders and the standard Thule roof rack with an optional rooftop tent.”
“This is a true adventure camper,” he said. “Wherever the truck can go, the trailer can go.”
Ember’s Trailblazer chassis features Curt’s independent trailing-arm suspension with heavy-duty coil springs and dual shock absorbers on each side along with Goodyear off-road tires. The Overland series also includes the 55-gallon freshwater tank, 35-gallon gray tank and 35-gallon black tank (26-gallon freshwater tank only on the Overland Micro Series) and a standard solar package. For RVers wanting even more solar power, Ember offers a Max Solar Package upgrade on the Overland Series, including a 3,000-watt inverter (in place of 1,000-watt from the standard solar package), multiple Battle Born lithium-ion batteries, additional roof-mounted 190-watt solar panels for a total of 570 watts and an upgraded Bluetooth MPPT controller.
