
During RVIA’s Leadership Conference earlier in the month, the Emerging Leaders Coalition inducted its new class of leaders.
The 2025 graduating class was also recognized at the Leadership Conference.
The Emerging Leaders Coalition’s incoming class includes:
- Kyle Ferguson, U.S. sales director, THL
- Alyssa Javadi, associate director of partnerships, Harvest Hosts
- Mitchell Johnson, head of customer success and innovation product management, Thor Industries
- Geneva Long, founder and CEO, Bowlus
- Sam Martin, corporate controller, Airxcel
- Ryan Marsh, director of supply chain, Robert Weed Corp
- Jordan Moore, national business development manager, Medallion Bank
- Jamae Pennings, associate counsel, Winnebago Industries, Inc.
- Alexandra Shamblen, senior digital and creative manager, Jayco RV
- Joshua Sterling, mechanical design engineer, Spacecraft Manufacturing
The Emerging Leaders Coalition was formed out of the Emerging Leaders Task Force. The coalition develops emerging leaders and promotes RVIA involvement and participation.
The Emerging Leaders Coalition is accepting applications for the 2026 class.
