Entegra Coach hosted its annual Homecoming event May 23 to May 26 at the Elkhart County 4-H Fairgrounds in Goshen, Indiana.
About 500 luxury diesel coach owners and suppliers attended the event with approximately 200 motor coaches.
“We couldn’t have asked for a better week with our loyal customers,” said Nic Martin, Entegra Coach VP of Sales. “This week is really a chance for us to express our gratitude to our Entegra Coach owners, while offering them the opportunity to learn more about their coaches and I think our team has been successful on both those fronts this week.”
Director of Product Development Pat Carroll presented a segment for participants to highlight 2024 model changes. He discussed the Entegra Coach first non-tag-axle Anthem floorplan launch. The Anthem is the the company’s first shorter luxury model, Entegra Coach said.
The event included new model walk-throughs, training classes, a vendor fair, a western dance exhibition and concerts by bands South of Somewhere and Beatles tribute band, Fab Four.
The group paid tribute to Director of Motorized Customer Service Joyce Skinner who will retire after 32 years with Jayco.
Carroll’s Suggestion Session was Friday’s highlight, Entegra Coach said. During the session, consumers provided company teams with feedback to improve coaches for the next model year.
“According to our customers and the team, this was the best Homecoming we have ever had,” said Ken Walters, Jayco president and CEO. “It exceeded all past events by every measure; attendance, enthusiasm, product feedback and more. I am proud of our team’s effort and energy.”
