Entegra Coach leadership presented awards Aug. 17 for its top volume dealer and top dealer in the area of customer service. National Indoor RV Centers (NIRVC) of Atlanta won both awards and accepted them at the dealership’s Lawrenceville, Georgia, store.
The awards were presented to Brett Davis, founder, president and CEO; Angie Morell, national sales director; Bill Reith, chief operating officer; and the NIRVC Atlanta team.
Entegra Coach President and CEO Ken Walters said: “The team at NIRVC has been an outstanding partner of Entegra for many years. Brett and his team always place the customer first and their commitment to sales and service should be commended.”
Presenting the awards on behalf of Entegra Coach were Walters; Mike Ritchie, vice president of finance; Nic Martin, vice president of sales; Steve Claude, vice president of customer service; Ryan Eash, general manager; Pat Carroll, senior director of product development; Carter Yoder, national sales manager; and Ted Cook, regional sales manager.
After the presentation, Walters and Davis addressed the room to talk about the companies’ relationship and their shared commitment to people. The NIRVC team was treated to a luncheon to celebrate their accomplishments.
The Top Dealer Award is presented to an Entegra Coach dealer based on a single location’s volume. The CSI Award is presented to an Entegra Coach dealer who achieves the highest combined Net Promoter Score in customer satisfaction in the areas of sales and service for the prior 12 months, tracked by Qualltrics surveys.
