Ameri-Kart, a Myers Industries company, expanded into the RV aftermarket segment. The organization has more than 35 years of experience serving the OE segment in rotational molding and thermoforming. This expansion enables Ameri-Kart to provide the same OE-approved replacement tanks directly to dealers.

The decision to enter the aftermarket stemmed from a conversation between Ameri-Kart and Keller Marine & RV at the 2023 RVIA RV Aftermarket Conference.

Ameri-Kart Sales Specialist Kurt Hostetler said, “Ameri-Kart and Keller Marine & RV share the same vision, providing RV dealers with the parts they need, when they need it.”

Ameri-Kart partnered with Keller, who distributes to roughly 2,000 dealers through warehouses in Florida and Pennsylvania.

Keller Marine & RV President Mike Keller said that many dealers are looking for the type of repair products that Ameri-Kart creates.

He said, “We are trying to have products in stock that are going to be easily retrofitted, or possibly exactly the same as what is on the original RV.”

Ameri-Kart’s tanks can be either exact replacements for original parts or retrofitted to existing RVs. Ameri-Kart said it plans to collaborate with additional distributors.

Ameri-Kart recently moved to a new 230,000-square-foot facility in Bristol, Indiana. The company said the increased capacity will enable the supplier to meet aftermarket and OE production demands.
