Dealers can partake in Mardi Gras festivities while exploring new aftermarket products during Arrow Distributing’s Exhibitor’s Showcase, Jan. 7-8, at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel.
Arrow Vice President Andy Mullin said, “We want our customers to experience our laid-back, family-style show and absorb the abundance of industry camaraderie while taking advantage of the lowest pricing of the year.”
The event has grown with the new location. According to Mullin, the Exhibitor’s Showcase will have more seminars and suppliers compared with the company’s 2024 show held at the Luxor Hotel in Las Vegas. The 2024 show hosted 25 seminars while 2025 will have 29.
“Our show floor is larger than our last footprint,” he said, “but we have many new vendors in attendance, so the mix will be a little different.”
Mullin said, historically, the company had positive attendance at shows hosted in Biloxi, Mississippi. He said he expected a “great turnout” in New Orleans.
Kevin and Patrice McCabe from the RV lifestyle TV program “RV There Yet?” will be the event’s keynote speakers, addressing attendees during lunch Jan. 7. Dealers can meet the stars on the exhibit floor afterward.
According to Mullin, the influencers will share successful marketing techniques with dealers.
The event kicks off with breakfast at 7 a.m. Jan. 7. Educational sessions run from 8:20 a.m. to 2:50 p.m. The exhibit floor will open at 3 p.m.
A Mardis Gras float decked in green, purple and yellow will roam the exhibit floor, spreading New Orleans’ spirit. A second-line band, typically seen leading parades at special events such as funerals and weddings, will also serenade the hall. The show floor overlooks the city’s French Quarter.
The first day concludes with a cocktail reception from 5 to 6:30 p.m.
On Jan. 8, breakfast runs from 7:30 to 9 a.m. The exhibit hall opens at 9 a.m. and the floor will be open until 5 p.m. The final cocktail reception runs from 5 to 6:30 p.m.
The distributor arranged for a shuttle to transport attendees from Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport to the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel on Jan. 6, then back to the airport Jan. 9.
